Wow I think being on the computer for longer than 8 hours a day, 5 days a week can really drive you madd... i'm only figuring this out after being a computer science half major for 3 years... and yea so maybe I'm not cut out for all this typing, straining my eyes, crouching my back business. Sometimes I just wish I could be outside working at camp again. Playing soccer and dodgeball and eating FREEZIES! But then I remember how cool this whole job thing is and that kids + no A/C + 90 degree gymnasiums = shoot-me-now combo from hell...

Well I guess the only way to save myself (and my wrists) from this torture is to write more BLOGS!

Yikes I sound like the hugest computer geek write now :S

week o' family fun

Yesterday was my grandfather's 90th Birthday... I wonder what it feels like to grow up to 90 and see all these people celebrating your life. :) It was a lot of fun tho. Spending time with family, esp. when you get to eat a 12 course banquet dinner and you're sitting at the "kids" table. These are the traditions that never get old. Even when I turn 90 we'll still be sitting at the "kids" table!

I wonder if my grandfather's table was once a "kids" table....hmmmm

Life on thursday july 07, 2005

This week has been interesting to say the least. Not that my life is ever really that boring... well i think that life is only as boring as you make it - ah well thats another story.

I am really really excited though. For starters, I just hurd that STARS which is one of my new favourite bands is playing at the DRAKE HOTEL one of my new favourite venues! This is terrifical! I am super psyched!! The only prob is that it is on a Thursday (july 21st) which might conflict with a majorly important meeting that I have the next morning!

Oh well maybe i'll invite everyone at work and we can all sleep in!

The next reason I am so excited is because I haven't written a blog/diary or at least kept one up to date for the LONGEST time! I feel that because I sit on my computer 8 hours a day and get extremely bored sometimes, I may actually find the patience and desire to write down all the things that go thru my head.

Also my friends Lisa and big Jess have really cool looking blogs and I wanted to bite their style :S

Shoot. think I've spent too long doing nothing. Better get back to work!
